Commission Structure

Armstrong & Quaile Associates operates in a trust account environment which enables us to pay the Sales Associates to the end of the sales cycle.

Commissions are direct deposited to your account twice monthly and within the same pay period as the commission received from the Fund Companies.

Your commission contract is negotiated with the Dealer and the Branch Manager. Generally, the dealer will negotiate an 85 / 15 split where the Dealer receives 15% of the commissions. The Branch Manager will negotiate the Branch override depending on the services provided. Keep in mind that one of the services is Tier One Supervision (compliance) and is done by the Branch Manager or a Branch Compliance person.
